**Job Description**

Business Systems Analyst work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

+ Identifies business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions.

+ Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates systems specifications.

+ Identifies test scenarios and cases, executes test cases, documents test results, test scripts and provides quality assurance results to the business.

+ Examines current business procedures, system practices and IT modification design and recommends new improved ones.

+ Designs new computer programs and systems by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.

+ Performs troubleshooting, solves complex bug issues in production systems or applications, and collaborates with subject matter experts on issues.

+ Anticipates complex issues and discusses within and outside of project team to maintain open communication.

+ Serves as a technical lead on a subsystem or small feature(s), manages projects of small to medium size and complexity, performs tasks, and applies expertise in subject area to meet deadlines.

+ Good understanding and experience of agile software development methodologies and experience with SAP implementation methodologies.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 4+ years of experience -OR- a master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 3+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 1+ year of experience in:

+ 4+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, with ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP leveraging BAPIs and other standard SAP tools.

+ 4+ years of proven experience with SAP solutions including SAP Product Costing

+ 4+ years of proven experience of financial transactional flow in SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proven track record and experience in leading SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management SAP Product Costing implementations with large global enterprises across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment.

+ Strong understanding of finance business processes and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization.

+ Experience with SAP Material Ledger and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.

+ Experience with S4 HANA and MS Azure architecture and tools is a plus.

+ Proven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders.

+ Expertise in large scale business transformation.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00

The Database Administrator (DBA) and Developer is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of databases. Database Administration:

+ Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (DBMS).

+ Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.

Requirements

+ Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one DBMS (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

+ Experience with database design, documentation, and coding.

**Job Summary / Purpose**

Manage CommonSpirit Health Accounts Payable (AP) Production Support team responsible for execution and maintenance of AP systems, tools, and applications that support CommonSpirit AP business functions. Manage AP systems functionality, including integration with other systems that receive/utilize AP data. Business systems include, but are not limited to, Lawson ERP, OCR, Imaging, APEX, First Strike, IDS, GHX, and other AP software and tools. Provide guidance and management for AP application enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementation, integration, training, and production support. Provide AP teams with operational data in order to meet operational goals. Manage and support systems and tools needed to enable organizational-wide adoption of AP best practices, process improvements, and system efficiencies. Partner with AP and Supply Chain leadership to identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization. Manage system-related processes to ensure AP transactions are in compliance with vendor-related tax regulations and reporting. Implement and manage artificial intelligence as needed to eliminate redundancies and create value-added work for AP. **Essential Key Job Responsibilities**

+ Manage system-related activities that support a large-scale AP operations and service center for CommonSpirit.

+ Implement and manage new and existing systems and tools required to support strategic initiatives for CommonSpirit AP.

+ Manage application upgrades, production support, product enhancements, and software implementations for CommonSpirit AP, including system integrations with other functional areas. + Implement and manage artificial intelligence as needed to eliminate redundancies and create value-added work for AP.

+ Manage day-to-day production issues in Lawson and other AP applications, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to prioritize issues and escalate to Lawson’s Global Support Center or IT support as necessary.

+ Partner with AP Subject Matter Experts in resolving invoice processing issues and escalations.

+ Partner with functional and technical leaders to achieve the following: (a) standard vision of how AP applications will be used, (b) definition of how AP best practices and considerations can be implemented to optimize the use of AP applications, (3) determination of higher quality reporting and analysis using Lawson or other functional department software and (4) integration of other AP applications with Lawson in a standard, highly optimized manner to ensure financial controls and data integrity, and ensure required operational functionality is available to functional users.

+ Manage staff workload balances, promote teamwork and professional work environment, coach staff to promote personal and professional development, set achievable individual and team performance goals, set clear expectations and provide regular, ongoing feedback to staff as well as complete annual performance appraisals, and actionable items for staff members and the team as a whole.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. Six Sigma or MBA preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of broad finance and business technology experience including in-depth knowledge of technology-enabled financial operations and processes in large organizations; significant work experience with healthcare finance technology, including software implementations, system optimization, transformation, and change management experience.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience including supervision and management of exempt and non-exempt staff with business technology background.
