Overview:The Senior Electrical Engineer will develop FPGA designs for all major vendors and device families such as: Xilinx, Altera, Lattice, and Microsemi. Agile Coach - Managers are required to have:
+ 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience managing and delivering large scale custom development or systems integration projects using Agile delivery methodology;
+ 2-3+ years of relevant Agile experience;
+ Proven knowledge transfer, training delivery and leadership skills;
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal;
+ An advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project;

As a Systems Engineering Program Manager, Senior Consultant you will bring strong and in-depth functional and project management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality, and delivery of both agile and traditional projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Our projects are both large and complex. You will have the technical foundation and knowledge to work with a core group of technology professionals. You will:
+ Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors;

We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues impacting the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
Qualifications
Systems Engineering Program Manager, Senior Consultant candidates are required to have:
+ Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;5
+ 5+ years of relevant management consulting or industry experience;
+ 3+ years planning and managing project initiatives in a Project Management Office or similar team environment working on custom software development-related projects;
+ 3+ years of experience with Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft SharePoint;
+ 3+ years of experience with Requirements Management and Traceability tools such as the IBM Rational suite and HP Quality Center;
