We are seeking an experienced professional to join us to help develop and deliver a world class Business Process Management (BPM) capability to the Wells Fargo Chief Operating Office (COO) group. This position will lead a team of process architect, production support, process librarian and quality assurance team members in supporting Wells Fargo COO BPM.

Process Improvement – Primary Role

+ Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-LOB, enterprise-wide process design and re-engineering initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort in a matrix leadership environment.

+ Develop improvement approaches within businesses and across lines of businesses that are holistic, customer focused to understanding business processes and workflow through Wells Fargo and identify and help prioritize new initiatives to drive business strategy, mitigate potential risks and control gaps, financial return, and/or positive customer impact

+ Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates

+ Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements - Including the developing metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities

+ Provide advanced statistical analysis for business leaders, project teams, and managers as required. In addition, provide basic and advanced measurement approaches and mechanisms to ensure we are managing the process and producing the designed results

+ May include the direct management of process analysts and consultants

+ The sharing of lessons learned and best practices with others throughout the organization when appropriate

Partnering, & Collaboration – Primary Role

+ Provides assistance in the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services

+ Drives business awareness of our common enterprise operational and process excellence methods, techniques, tools, etc.

+ Assists the development of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence Curriculum and Training Materials

+ Provides assistance and leadership of our enterprise process improvement professional support services - Including the identification and managing of resources, including cross-entity members, to successfully execute projects

+ Provides consultation on the use of reengineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

+ Works with Project Manager(s) and Sponsors to ensure Six Sigma/LEAN activities, deliverables, and tools are integrated in the project plan when appropriate

**Required Qualifications**

+ 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics or engineering)

Your role will be monitoring critical Data Center support systems and responding to alarms caused by faults and failures. We need someone who is proactive and that can execute, assist and monitor preventive maintenance activities on critical support equipment and systems.

**You’re the kind of person who can:**

Monitor all Data Center support systems

Monitor critical Data Center systems by using the automated Building Management System (BMS)

Visual inspections and readings

Respond to alarm, faults, and failures

Respond to alarms on critical systems

Trouble shoot and take necessary actions to maintain critical Data Center systems

Respond to trouble calls from other operators and/or support personnel

Perform corrective actions to mitigate risk to the critical environment

Contact appropriate vendor and/or contractors to respond

Perform preventative maintenance and testing on equipment and systems

Complete tasks for various systems at the data center which includes; UPS modules and systems, Generators and switchgear, Computer Room AC units, Chillers, Pumps, Condenser water towers, etc.

Complete tasks as part of a preventive maintenance schedule

Maintain maintenance documentation to include: update MOPs, record required readings and/or status of equipment, etc.

Record Engineers report as needed

Preventive maintenance logs

Follow proper escalation procedures

Complete training

Cross train on all systems

Keep updated on procedures and new equipment

On-the-job training

Escort contractors and/of vendors in all engineering areas

Monitor actions of contractors and/or vendors as they work in and around critical systems

Safety and Cleaning

Maintain safe work environments

Monitor actions of cleaning contractors

Clean all critical equipment as needed or as part of preventive maintenance

**Candidate must be willing and able to work any and all shifts. Overtime and on call coverage will be required.**

**Engineers work 12hr shifts with shift changes occurring at 9:00AM / 9:00PM and should be available to work any day to include holidays. General shift schedule is set up as front-half/back-half of the week. Front-half is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday, Back-half is every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Every three month the staff changes front-half/back-half.**

Minimum of one year hands on experience in any of the following:

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer supports operational and development Programs to enable and deliver zero defect projects utilizing superior engineering and problem solving skills. Accountable for delivering robust, capable manufacturing process technology as it applies to materials, tooling, part fabrication and assembly.

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience and technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering, including experience of managing New Product / Process introduction (industrialization) and existing production process improvements, required.
* Working knowledge of LEAN processes and practices required.

* Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent highly preferred.
* Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000 preferred.
* Assembly operations experience preferred.
