    **Responsibilities**

    + In partnership with our consultants, manage all aspects of compliance and annual filings including but not limited to the Affirmative Action Plan, California Pay, EEO-1, VETS-4212 and others, including analyzing, validating, auditing, reporting, and resolving data concerns.

    + Work with the Senior Director, Compensation & Compliance, to oversee the implementation of updates to processes, policies and systems resulting from new HR compliance requirements.

    + Coordinate with People Systems and Data Management team to ensure that system and process updates are in line with employment law requirements and leveraging data and reporting to facilitate compliance response.

    + Manage HR compliance reviews and audits, including gathering, reviewing and analyzing internal records, and coordinating audit response with Government Audit & Compliance and Legal teams as appropriate.

    + Initiate recommendations for appropriate measures to address underlying systemic problems/issues to include suggestions on HR policy clarification or development, appropriate training, or other development intervention.

    + Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and provide guidance on legal requirements.     **Qualifications**

    + Bachelor's Degree in human resource administration or related field

    DESCRIPTION
    The Contract Compliance Analyst will perform a variety of complex and highly responsible professional duties involved in comprehensive contract compliance and operational audits of companies doing business with the City through the Capital Improvement Program, Telecommunications and Utility contractual agreements, and Utility franchise agreements.

    Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Review the work products of others to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures; with regulations for federal, state, and county grants and contracts; and, with City policies, management directives, and departmental guidelines;
    • Review current contracts with telecommunication companies to ensure all contractual requirements are met;
    • Monitor work practices and results on federally funded capital projects to determine compliance with City policies, contract specifications, and federal, state, and local law;
    • Conduct regulatory compliance training sessions for internal and external customers;

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Work Experience:
    Requires three (3) years of experience in at least one of the following: municipal construction contract compliance, federal compliance construction practices, telecommunications and other franchise or license agreements, or Federal labor standards (Davis Bacon and Related Acts).
    Candidates must have the minimum amount of work experience. Years of experience are based upon a full-time work schedule (2,080 hours per year). The sum of an applicant’s full-time and/or part-time qualifying work experience must meet or exceed the stated minimum qualification. Education will not substitute for the required work experience; however, related unpaid and/or volunteer work experience may be used as qualifying work experience.

    Education:

    **Partnering**

    + Financial support for the Emmi Product Line and larger Provider Business along with assisting in the consolidation efforts for the North American businesses

    + Provide quantitative-based recommendations that support sales and revenue growth targets

    + Partner with other Finance, Sales and business teams across the business to develop the forecast; helping to ensure collaboration and coordination with key stakeholders
