    1. Acts as a liaison for Rite of Passage with Placing Agencies and Licensing Officials.

    manuals/handbooks. Ensures the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper

    conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage

    policies and procedures.

    19. Assists with the correction of deficiencies and quality improvement efforts.

    20. Attends and participates in all required meetings.

    21. Commits to attending and tracking all training and staff development classes in order to ensure sufficient

    hours of training for this position and any supervised staff are completed on an annual basis. Notifies the

    supervisor if annual training hours are deficient.

    MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

    Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Clinician - COVID Test Site (TestNOW)

    At Embry Health, we strive to increase access to healthcare across the state of Arizona. We are a multi-site operation with drive-thru testing sites located throughout Maricopa, Pinal, Cochise, and Mohave Counties. The Field Unit has primarily focused on COVID-19 testing, however, they are expanding to provide a variety of primary care related services including vaccinations, med checks, refills, and other services. Designed to increase access to medical services during the pandemic, especially for those who are unable to go into a traditional clinic setting. Test/clinic sites operate a variety of hours with many being open 24/7. Locations of clinic sites cover diverse locations such as parking lots, long term temporary structures, community college locations.

    We are currently recruiting for Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or related other licensed providers to work in mobile or field-based clinic settings. The work environment is based in multiple outdoor Advanced Care clinics that operate primarily within field-based test / or mobile sites. The Field Unit has primarily focused on COVID-19 testing, however, they are expanding to provide a variety of primary care related services including vaccinations, med checks, refills, and other services. Designed to increase access to medical services during the pandemic, especially for those who are unable to go into a traditional clinic setting.

    Test/clinic sites operate a variety of hours with many being open 24/7. Locations of clinic sites cover diverse locations such as parking lots, long term temporary structures, community college locations.

    + Hours

    + Multiple shifts available with the ability for providers to work preferred shift

    + Providers would not be expected to be available for all shifts

    + Multiple hours per week available including seasonal, full time, part-time, and PRN

    + Primary shift blocks

    + AM 07:00 - 15:00

    + PM 15:00 - 23:00

    + Overnight 23:00 - 07:00

    + COVID-19 Related Required Services

    + Must be willing and able to collect specimens from patients for COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses

    + Must be knowledgeable in COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses

    + Willingness and ability to educate patients on risk avoidance and mitigation efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19

    + Comfortable in handling and processing specimens related to COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses once collected. Such as bagging and labeling specimens for external lab testing

    + Must be willing and able to adapt to factors unknown or unforeseen during the ongoing pandemic

    + Diverse Clinic Site Location Requirements

    + Must be willing and able to work in a variety of environments

    + Field locations including but not limited to field clinics with diverse environmental factors such as rain and heat

    + Temporary pop-up tent locations such as for focused single day events

    + Long term temporary structures such as test/clinic sites located in parking lots

    + Most long term temporary structures will have offices that are air-conditioned, however, this is not guaranteed and the expectation to work in areas with evaporative or fan-based cooling systems

    + Examples of temporary clinic site locations include parking lots at private employers, city-owned land, educational institutions, churches, and other similar sites

    + Required Qualifications

    + Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing and active in the state of this job posting.

    + A minimum of 6 months of recent and relevant Nurse Practitioner of which Primary Care experience in either family medicine or primary care practice, preferred

    + Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills

    + Completion of Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current license in state of employment to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required

    We are seeking credentialed medical professionals for immediate full-time and part-time employment in keeping our regional community's exposure to COVID-19 under control during the national emergency and/or global pandemic. In addition, we are seeking individuals capable of administering vaccinations. We are a multi-site operation with testing sites located throughout Maricopa, Pinal, Cochise, and Mohave Counties. Our test sites are a drive-thru set up and patients will be able to remain in their vehicle to be tested. The operation is designed to limit exposure both to the patient and the medical provider collecting the swab. You should be able to correctly perform the job while also being compassionate. Each patient should be treated with care and attention. It is important to demonstrate empathy and understanding.

    You will be responsible for collecting swabs for diagnostic testing of COVID-19 and/or a venous blood draw for COVID-19 antibody testing. You will also be responsible for administering flu vaccinations.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
