    **Responsibilities**

    **_Physician assistants and nurse practitioners (NP PAs) in the division of Hospital Internal Medicine (HIM) work collaboratively with physicians and other NP PAs to provide high quality hospital-based care. The HIM team is responsible for caring for a variety of clinically diverse and complex patients in a high acuity, dynamic and collaborative hospital setting. Our patient population consists of all areas of internal medicine with a focus in Hematology/Oncology and Transplant Medicine.     **Responsibilities**

    Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the Department of Urology on the Phoenix campus work within care teams comprised of both physicians and NP/PAs working collaboratively. In a care team model, NP/PAs are partnered with individual physicians to support patient care needs of the team. Additionally, the NP/PA team interacts and partners with resident and fellow staff, and is actively engaged in educational activities with rotating NP/PA students and the department's developing Urology NP/PA Fellowship Program.

    Requirements
