The Successful HomeTeamer will:
+ Reach out to existing customers to generate sales by visiting the homeowners at their home, sending out mailers and making phone calls. HomeTeam has a pest control system installed on many new homes by certain home builders. This position will require you to educate the homeowners in your assigned area that they have this product on their home and how they can sign up for our services.
+ This position will require you to use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners and confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
+ You will complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Technicians have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
+ Thinking on your feet, staying self motivated, and work independently will ensure success in this position.
+ Like the great outdoors, you will have plenty of time to enjoy all four season in this position. Be aware that summers are hot, but the winters are great!
