    Wells Fargo is seeking a Contact Center Transformation Workforce Management Analyst - Forecasting and Scheduling Support (Senior Business Execution Consultant) within our Contact Center product teams.

    Role is required to support ongoing product management functions across legacy and CCaaS environments. This role will support the Workforce Management product area to facilitate product delivery and ensure product adoption by assisting LOBs with forecasting and scheduling migration. Work would be focused on, but not limited to, comparing legacy and CCaaS forecasting and scheduling results to ensure continuity during migration and maximizing the efficiency benefits of new processes and CCaaS solutions.     **In this role, you will:**

    + Partner with business line WFM teams to analyze legacy and CCaaS forecasting and scheduling results to ensure successful migration.

    + Supporting product manager and product team in connecting the activities needed to bring the product from ideation to implementation.

    + Partner with the product teams and transformation leadership to develop, lead and implement the communication and training strategies.

    + Actively owning the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goal

    + Contribute insights and information regarding outside impacts to the product manager in preparation for product ceremonies.

    + Supporting delivery coordinators and actively partnering with them to enable product areas within the product.
