    As a Machine Operator Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and operating machines to run parts according to blue print or mechanical drawing specifications. Load raw materials and parts onto machines, inspect and measure finished products for accuracy. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking. 3-5 years manufacturing experience as a lead operator Problem solving skills: able to identify machine issues, attention to detail Mechanical incline: minor repairs on the machines Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time Multitask, ability to work on different areas, with good organizational skills - Plastic production preferred Leads the operations of multiple machines Monitor production of the machines Quality control checks Coaching and training employees Help Warehouse to keep Inventory Control Planning - Create the production schedule for the day Safety - Reports unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly

    Operates and runs the encapsulation machine to the product and lot specification. Troubleshoot problems with the encapsulation machine as necessary. Clean tumblers, encapsulation machine, spreader boxes and conveyor belts. Responsible for restocking encapsulation supplies for the machine when necessary. Perform Swab testing, check softgel weight and ribbon thickness. Adhere to all SOP.

    Three years manufacturing experience a plus. Read, write and speak English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    Must be able to stoop, bend, squat and go up and down stairs. Stand for long periods of time.

    **Pay Details:** $14.35 per hour
