    + Complete call reporting, business plan updates and expense reports, and operate within all Pharma compliance guidelines.

    **Basic Qualifications:**

    We are a reputable property management company in North Scottsdale, AZ, seeking a Contract-to-Hire Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage and a background in accounting for property management.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage full-cycle accounting processes for multiple properties using Sage software

    + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely

    + Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

    + Prepare and analyze financial reports for properties

    + Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property operations

    + Review leases and ensure accurate rent roll management

    + Handle security deposit accounting and reconciliation

    + Collaborate with property managers and vendors on financial matters

    + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

    Requirements
