Everest Home healthcare is seeking for Pediatric Home Health Nurses to assist medically fragile
clients/patients at home. Everest is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and
Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate hire for our growing Private Duty Nursing Department
in the State of Arizona valley wide. This is an opportunity to work one on one with a client or

We have several full-time positions available for New grad and experienced LPN’s and RN’s.
Shifts availability: 6, 8, 10,12 Hours Day and Night Shifts available.
PRN and Weekends. (Flexible to offer shifts based on nurses availability)
Responsibilities:
• Administer medication to patients.
• Assist with daily activities such as positioning, bathing, feeding, and dressing patients.
• Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.
• Clean and re-dress wounds if needed.
• Measure vital signs.
• Monitor changes in behavior and progress.
• Based on individual clients: Monitoring/managing/changing and care for Ventilators,
Gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy tubes, and catheters.
• Traveling with parents or guardian to appointments
• Actively providing therapy that is recommended by the various therapists.
• Providing age-appropriate stimulation and activities.
Home Health Nurse Requirements:
Current active LPN/RN license in Arizona or compact states, Basic Life Support (BLS), Clean
criminal and background record, fingerprint card, current resume, driver’s license, auto
insurance, social security card, Physical upon hire (can be within 1 year of the employment).

• Paid Sick Time: Company offers only Paid Sick Time. 40 Hours a year on a accrual basis. You

Pre-Requisites for Field Nurses: All Employees should have a smart phone with an internet
connection to log the hours at patients house. As per Arizona Medicaid all visits must be
electronically verified and for this smart phone is required to install an app to log the visit hours.
Employees are requested to have their own laptop or tablet for electronic. Everest will train
employees in the EMR System for the documentation process.
At very difficult situations, Everest will support paper documentation that is providing that
employee does not have a smart phone, or laptop or tablet. Employees can fax the paper
documentation to our fax number every couple days to ensure the hours are logged in the system
for payroll and clinical records.
In the event there is no smart phone, employees can still do the check-in and check-out from the
clients phone using IVR Telephony system which will be trained by Everest.
