Job Summary

Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:

+ Greet guests promptly in friendly manner

+ Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

+ Prepares and stocks bare areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc.,

+ Maintains stocks, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality

+ Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu

+ Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner

+ Check guests at bar for proper identification

+ Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.

+ Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.

+ Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks

+ Prepares guests checks and collect payment

+ Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately

+ Ability to operate point-of-sale systems

+ Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements

+ Valid food handlers card and/or alcohol certification may be required

Qualifications

+ Previous bartender or related experience preferred

Physical demands:

+ Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs

+ Frequently ascend/descend stairs
