**In this role, you will:**

+ Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships .

+ Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business

+ value.

+ Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.

+ Lead backlog prioritization.

+ Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.

+ Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.

+ Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.

+ Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Knowledge and understanding of Auto finance practices, policies, and procedures

+ Product Management or Product Owner experience

+ Previous experience in Products area

+ Previous experience with Recovery Operations (Repossessions)

+ Experience with iNotice application and/or other system of record applications for communication aggregation

+ Familiarity with Agile practices

+ Experience writing user stories in an Agile framework

+ Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

+ Ability to exercise independent judgment and take accountability

+ Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide through resolution

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

**Job Expectations:**

+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

+ Ability to work outside of standard business hours

+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
