This Bookkeeper position requires the candidate to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. This short-term contract / contract to permanent position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

How you will make an impact

- Settle accounts by reconciling entries

- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

- Review payments received and record deposits

- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Maintain and balance general ledger Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

- Quickbooks Online experience

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

- Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
