**Responsibilities**

**SUMMARY** - Plans, administers, and conducts the programs and services of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program in accordance with the mission and vision of Dignity Health and in collaboration with the

Spiritual Care Team. An incumbent has responsibility to ensure the CPE program maintains its national accreditation. Work also includes oversight for program budget and planning, directing and evaluating

the work of subordinate staff, students and interns. Work requires a thorough knowledge of the national accreditation standards relating to CPE programs as well as a thorough knowledge of planning, developing, and evaluating clinical pastoral education programs and services.

**Qualifications**

**MINIMUM**

Master’s degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies, or Master of Divinity (M.Div)

Three years of recent related work experience in conducting and managing Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs.

BCC-BCC certification by ACPE

**PREFERRED**

Five years of recent related work experience in conducting and managing Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Programs, including a residency program

**Pay Range**

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
