**Pay:** $25 **Shift:** 5:30am - 1:30pm is typical. Start time usually between 5am-6am
**Location:** Currently doing work in North Phx
**Description**
Tenant Improvement projects
Build Temporary Walls
Metal Stud Framing
Drywall patching
Help oversee subcontractors
Change millwork in rooms
Build barriers
hang temporary plastic sheets to keep dust and construction mess separate from occupied hospital spaces
Safety - Keep a clean site, MSDS, conduct periodic safety audits and enforce safety rules, PPE, etc.
Task List - Keep one list of all tasks. List to be reviewed periodically, when items are completed cross them off
Follow project Schedule. Review schedule daily with subcontractors on-site. Confirm materials and labor availability of subcontractor.
Site Set up - Proper equipment on-site. Temp toilets, dumpster, data vault, drawing table, blue stake, etc.
Assist in the initial review of drawings
