The ideal candidate will be trained in both front and back office duties, engaging with patients and healthcare professionals alike. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor are essential. While prior experience or understanding of mental health conditions is beneficial, it's not mandatory. The ability to maintain focus and organization is crucial.
Administrative Duties:
-Direct interaction with patients, both in-person and over the phone.
-Managing incoming calls and redirecting messages from patients, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
-Handling record scanning and retrieval.
-Responding promptly to patient messages and requests.
-Managing appointment scheduling.
Ideal Candidate:
-High school diploma/GED required.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
-Proficiency in Windows/Microsoft programs.
-Comfortable with various forms of technology.
-Ability to remain composed during high-stress situations.
-Availability for part-time work, Monday through Thursday, with estimated hours ranging between 15-25 per week, with potential for full-time transition.
-Flexibility in work schedule is desirable.
