Chemours is seeking a graduating Electrical Engineer to join our Early Career STEM Rotational Program! This multidisciplinary rotational program is designed to accelerate your career through a wide range of experiences across our US locations.

This program is tailored to your career path and provides the opportunity to gain a wide perspective and worthwhile experience to drive for career success at Chemours. Assignments span across a vast array of locations and roles in such areas as Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering, Research and Development, Operations, and more.

The typical employee completes three assignments lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 years each. At the completion of rotational assignments, the program is designed to facilitate employee’s career transfer into Chemours positions aligned with their career direction.

**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**

+ Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to support and improve the efficiency of the manufacturing facilities

+ Daily monitoring of electrical and instrument performance in the facility

+ Work with plant operational teams to facilitate continuous improvement efforts related to electrical and instrumentation performance

+ Implementation of detailed projects covering electrical aspects of manufacturing

+ Participate in project teams and all activities related to E&I technical support

+ Design and development of operations protocols, processing equipment installations, and plant upgrades related to E&I installation

+ Lead and implement all Chemours standards/policies related to E&I installations and maintenance

**The following is** **_required_** **for this role:**

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields

+ At least six months’ internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing role

+ Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate

+ Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems

+ Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects

+ Ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility to monitor and move projects forward quickly and safely

+ Fayetteville, NC

+ Gregory, TX

+ La Porte, TX

+ Louisville, KY

+ New Johnsonville, TN

+ Parkersburg, WV

+ Pass Christian, MS

+ Starke, FL

+ Wilmington, DE

**The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:**

+ Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Working knowledge of data analytics and statistics using tools like 6-Sigma, python, Power BI, Alteryx, or process industry-specific time-series analysis tools

+ Working knowledge of citizen-coder tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform (i.e. Power Apps)

+ Technical Experience Preferred

Pay Range (in local currency):

$70,426.00 - $110,040.00
