ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a HVAC Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs on HVAC systems.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures

+ Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

+ Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

+ Assists in emergencies as needed

+ Travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.

+ Company vehicle/fuel card is provided

+ Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment

**Qualifications:**

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

+ Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

+ Low temp, refrigeration experience

+ Must be EPA Universal Certified

+ Must have a valid driver license

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of experience with low temperature refrigeration and Commercial HVAC experience
