**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the Offer Management product area to lead Agile teams delivering against a variety of strategic marketing technology initiatives that include designing and delivering new capabilities, decommissioning existing legacy platforms, technical integration across platforms, configuration solutions and support, and operational reporting. The teams also conduct comprehensive discovery and technical design to identify the right solutions for enabling high-value priorities on the Offer Management product roadmap. Platforms within this product include a tool to construct offers during development in marketing, an ability to present customers with Cash offers and a robust fulfillment ability to satisfy customer offers in a timely way.

**In this role you will:**

+ Responsible for Product delivery related to all Offer Management products including the Wells Fargo offer utility which provides the infrastructure required to present our customers with offers in the right place and at the right time, the fulfillment capability, and the Naehas suite of products

+ Help drive a team that ensures product priorities, solutions, and implementation approach is aligned to the customer, LOB and offer transformation strategy

+ Manage overall product backlog, including conducting initial discovery work coming through intake, to determine product alignment and prioritization

+ Participate in agile ceremonies at the team and team-of-teams level, including quarterly program implement planning sessions

+ Break down product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint level goals and priorities

+ Define prioritized features and corresponding justification based on customer and business value that are directly derived from the product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

+ Develop acceptance criteria for features and stories based on their product strategy to ensure successful delivery

+ Develop sprint plans with the team

+ Partner with the product delivery coordinator to plan for and conduct quarterly program implement planning sessions

+ Communicate priorities and the "vision" to the scrum masters and agile development team and deliver a continually evolving roadmap

+ Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders

+ Propose delivery estimates and support the product leadership team in making prioritization tradeoffs

+ Work closely with multiple lines of technology and business stakeholders in support of maintaining and improving the enablement and delivery of workflow solutions

+ Monitor and evolve product success metrics at a feature level and support the product team in reporting progress against the business case and OKRs.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of experience within Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Content Management, Offer Management, Digital Platforms, Marketing Technology or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5+ years of Product Owner experience operating in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experienced in Scrum or Kanban directly leading a team to deliver business solutions and software products

+ Ability to problem solve, take ownership, and make decisions

+ Ability to use an advanced level of analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

+ Ability to clearly articulate thoughts both orally and in writing while demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and business nuances

+ 3+ years of experience with Aprimo or other enterprise workflow platform

+ Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, manage risk, solve problems, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

+ Experience with leading, coaching, and motivating cross-functional empowered teams

+ Experience with working effectively in a highly matrixed organization, developing partnerships across lines of business and functional areas

+ Experience with product roadmap development and evolution competencies

+ Ability to partner with various areas of Risk management to insure delivered software meets all compliance requirement, and Technology to define process and deliver solutions
