Job Description

As a Staff Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualifications of advanced technologies and participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative products at a high-quality level.

Performance Objectives

* Collaborate with technology development teams for reliability assessments.

* Review existing reliability issues and potential issues with new technologies, materials, or processes.

* Create reliability assessment plans to discover potential reliability issues.

* Conduct statistical data analysis to understand and to report reliability assessment results.

* Collaborate with internal labs for reliability stress tests and failure analyses.

* Develop and implement new reliability test methods with internal labs.

* Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models.

Skills and Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering

* BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields

* Reliability experience on power semiconductor products (Si, SiC, Discrete, power module)

* Understanding of reliability failure mechanisms of power semiconductor products

* Understanding of semiconductor fab and package materials and processes

* Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, minitab, Weibull) and Microsoft Office products null
