Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39\-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 millionrenovation\.This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets _\(including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in\-room dining\)\._

**What will I be doing?**

As a Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for performing and providing professional body treatments and massages according to established quality and health standards\. This includes but is not limited to:

+ Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of related products and equipment\.
+ Complete commission reports and assists in general duties of the spa\.
+ Complete and turn in payroll weekly and attend monthly depart mental meetings\.
+ Attend all Hilton trainings as required\.
+ Coordinate and lead all team trainings and massage auditions, monitor massage team performance\.
+ Assists leadership with scheduling and manage time\-off requests\.
+ Perform all massage modalities based on recommended standards\.
