**Corporate Collections Specialist**

+ You will work as a team player within the structured service center environment which also include individual responsibilities.

+ The successful candidate will be a top performer with a proven track record of success

+ They will be individuals with both competitive and strong will to win attitudes

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 1 years of recent collections experience or, 2 years of sales experience with some collections experience

+ Proven experience in negotiating in depth payment arrangements

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frame's while maintaining accuracy

+ Moderate to highly analytical individual with strong financial acumen

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Extremely flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

+ Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and web knowledge

+ High attention to detail and ability to adhere to American Express practices, policies, and procedures

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Inbound/outbound Call center experience

+ Knowledge of Fair Debit Collection Practice Act and laws

+ Experience with Risk initiatives as they pertain to client level risks

+ Commercial collections experience

**Additional Details:**

+ Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm Phoenix time (8:00am-8:00pm EST)

+ Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office – 2 days WFH)

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly bonus benefits
