**The Main Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive onboarding program tailored specifically for newly hired/newly promoted executives (VP+); ensure executives have access to tools, resources, and information needed to perform their roles effectively in their first 90 days

+ Manage executive leadership development activities (programs, coaching engagements, assessments, etc) – includes project management, external partner relationships, communications, data analysis, etc

+ Establish a feedback loop to gather input from executives regarding their onboarding and developmental experiences, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments

+ Coordinate administration of assessments with external providers; administer and debrief internal assessments – KF360, DiSC, etc

+ Collaborate with People Culture Managers, People Strategists, HR Centers of Excellence, and Business Leaders to understand talent needs and align leadership development strategies with organizational priorities that drive culture and business transformation

+ Support the design and execution of SLT Talent Planning and Succession processes to meet current business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness

+ Implement company-wide leadership development initiatives and training to enhance skills, knowledge, and business performance of our People Leaders

+ Serve as internal consultant for requests from HR partners and/or business leaders related to the following areas: leadership development, organization development, talent assessment, executive development.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in Organization Development, I/O Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.

+ Typically, 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience with a master’s degree, in leadership development, talent management, or related field

+ Prior experience in executive onboarding, executive coaching, leadership development, and senior level talent planning preferred

+ Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across various stakeholder groups within an organization, exhibiting strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills.

+ Experience with 360 feedback surveys and knowledge of other common psychometric assessment instruments (Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC, etc), including debriefing assessment feedback and coaching for development.

+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data and leverage insights to inform critical decisions.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives and senior leadership

+ Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

+ A commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends in leadership development, executive development, and talent management.

**Compensation**

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

**$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY**

**$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI**

**$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA**

**As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.**

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
