The Project Superintendent will oversee our construction projects an act as the link between various project parties. The Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. Will be responsible for orderliness on-site to ensure compliance and safety regulations, that all quality standards are being met, and all equipment and materials are received and available. Responsibilities include:

+ Ensuring compliance with Safety, health, and quality standards.

+ Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.

+ Leading and Managing the on-site construction team.

+ Communicate with Project Management progress and needs.

+ Representing our organization in a professional, confident, and calm manner.

+ Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine and communicate project needs.

+ Set performance goals and deadlines.

+ Review the project schedule and budget to ensure on time delivery and under budget.

+ Provide cost savings concepts in material, labor, processes etc.

+ Attending coordination and progress meetings.

+ Keep track of project progress.

+ Ensuring quality and code standards are met.

+ Place orders or release the call for orders down for material and equipment.

+ Review project document and records such as field reports Request for Information (RFI’s), change proposals and change orders.

+ Submit timecard and expenses on time.

Requirements

+ Ability to lead and inspire.

+ Maintain an OSHA 30 certification.

+ First-Rate interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specification, control drawings and other documents.

+ Be proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel, to include Bluebeam.

+ Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.

+ Professional client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal.

+ Datacenter experience preferred
