+ **Employment** : Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire possible)

+ **Pay** : $19-26/hr

**What you’ll be doing:**

Join our **Quartz** and **Advanced Controls** teams, where you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot aircraft components. You'll handle a mix of tasks, from manual assembly to using automated equipment, with plenty of opportunities to problem-solve and innovate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assemble and test aircraft components following OEM standards.

+ Troubleshoot to the component level and recommend solutions.

+ Operate hand soldering tools and automated test equipment.

+ Ensure product quality and compliance.

**What You Bring:**

+ **Education** : Associate degree or 5+ years of experience.

+ **Skills** : Strong in schematics, troubleshooting, and teamwork.

+ Knowledge of soldering, SMT, and in-circuit testing.

+ SAP experience preferred; Microsoft Office skills a plus.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
